Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
Delivery of an Order will be within 6 to 12 working days (exclude Sat & Sunday). Dispatch of an Order will be within 3 to 5 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Note: Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via Email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Note: Delivery time and Delivery Charges may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Casebasket.store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
Damages
Casebasket.store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. But still we can do something for our Casebasket family. If you received your order damaged, please take a image of damaged product and forward us via E- mail. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before mailing us.
Delivered Issues
Order marked as delivered in tracking page but order not delivered to you, please contact us via E-mail within 24 hours from order delivered date. We can’t escalate order delivered issue after 2 days from order delivered date.
RTO or Undelivered of Order
If the product is returning to us due to any issue by the customer or courier company. You need to pay shipping charges to reship your Order. The courier company takes 60rs for shipping and when it comes back to us they charge 60rs again so total becomes 120rs. Half of amount will be bared by us and half you need to pay to reship.
